Building Process
Step 1 – Project Initiation
- The site has been identified and you are ready to proceed with cost analysis.
- Opal Homes will meet you onsite for the initial site meeting.
Step 2 – Project Development
- Establish development process and what actions will be required to advance the project.
- If this process requires both a Development Application and Building Application, we cost the steps required to complete this process and proceed.
- Enter into a Preliminary Agreement to suit the project stages.
Step 3 – Construction
- Construction commences within agreed timelines.
- Throughout the construction period, progress payments are made in accordance with the contract schedule.
Step 4 – Completion
- Practical completion achieved and all required certificates are issued.
- Handover completed, building and final payments made.
